TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Pati. AI Pet Care & Health Assistant mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Details: Email address used during registration or login.
  • Pet Profiles: Name, breed, age, vaccination history, allergies, weight logs, and photos of your pets.
  • Purchase History: Premium subscription status and billing information processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Device & Usage Metrics: Device ID, operating system version, and app performance metrics.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Generate automated vaccination schedules and calendar alerts,
  • Calculate custom food portions and caloric intake recommendations,
  • Provide AI-driven symptom analysis and pet care tips,
  • Enable profile sharing among family members.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in our EU servers (AWS Frankfurt). We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal and pet information.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated pet data at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a form at https://pati.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
